SOCO welcomes Michael Prell, our new executive director. Having received his MBA from USC, Mr. Prell joins our office, most recently from Beech Street, where he served as the assistant director of network development. We look forward to the positive improvements he will bring to our office and your experience with us.
SOCO is also pleased to welcome Janell Migeot, RN to our office staff. Janell received her nursing degree from Saddleback College and trained at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center. Janell will be working in our back office improving patient services. |

Dr. Michael Fitzpatrick Releases the Results of Biomechanical
and Laboratory Testing
The prestigious Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery recently published the work of Dr. Michael Fitzpatrick on upper extremity conditions. Dr. Fitzpatrick's work investigates the contribution of dynamic muscle stabilizers on the medial collateral ligament of the elbow, which is often injured in the throwing athlete.

In a separate publication, Dr. Fitzpatrick published the results of his investigations into minimally invasive shoulder surgery. His work allows doctors to predict the location of the axillary nerve during surgery, thus reducing the risk of nerve injury.
